Members are granted access to the fitness room facility for a year from the date of enrollment. All members purchasing this membership must fill out the attached forms and check off all acknowledgments including our liability waiver. Each member is responsible for disinfecting all equipment before and after each use. The fitness room does not have an attendant at all times however, the facility is monitored through security cameras. This membership is limited to ages 16+ with a parents signature for those under the age of 18.
